Results of the Art Competition "Me when I become a mommy. Me when I become a daddy."

The art competition has now finished. It aimed at children aged 3–10.

Competition objectives:

• Sex role identification: visually representing oneself helps a child to assume the role of a mother (for girls) or father (for boys).
• Developing empathy: viewing the world from a parent's perspective.
• Emotional expression: revealing how a child perceives family relationships and parental authority.
• Self-awareness development: enabling children to imagine themselves in the distant future.
  Promoting family bonds and motherhood by reflecting on the role of a parent, and stimulating children's intellectual reflection and imagination.

The competition received many interesting, imaginative and creative entries.

After lengthy deliberation, the jury awarded the following prizes:

First Place: Kinga Bąk
Second Place: Paulina Bruzda
Third Place: Aleksy Miętka, Ania and Anastazja Komikt

Honourable mentions:

Ewa Bartela, Natan Kowalski, Lidia Kościelniak, Rita Nizińska, Klara Cempura, Fabian Kantor, Karolina Sobol, Leon Stramek, Natasza Lisowska, Franciszek Krupa and Antonina Pietrusińska.

Prizes were awarded for first, second and third place, as well as for honourable mentions. All participants received commemorative gifts and certificates.
