As co-organisers of the March for Life and Family in Krakow, we turned out in large numbers to represent our association at this unique annual event.

We took to the stage to share our perspective on the gift of parenthood. As the Institute of Pro-Life Thought, we recognise every child born into the world as a manifestation of God, the lover and giver of life. We have immense hope for the future, as well as seeing a great opportunity for multifaceted and multilayered growth. New life is a miracle of nature and a brilliant design in itself. It is not merely a clump of cells, but a magnificent, ordered architecture!

As one of the 94 signatories of the Coalition for Saving Polish Schools (KROPS), we invite you to a protest in Warsaw.

We oppose the actions of the Ministry of Education, which—despite criticism from many groups and a presidential veto—is introducing Reform 26 “Compass of the Future” and planning to make controversial health education mandatory.

In light of the lack of response to petitions and protests submitted by parents, teachers, and school principals, and due to the decision to introduce compulsory Health Education from September 1, 2026, as well as the implementation—through regulations—of an underdeveloped reform widely criticized by diverse communities:

On June 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM, a demonstration under the slogan “Good School – Strong Poland” will take place at the Copernicus Monument in Warsaw. The event is organized by 94 social organizations united in the Coalition for Saving Polish Schools.

We express our opposition to the destruction of the Polish education system, the younger generation, and the future of Poland.

We oppose:

• the lowering of educational standards,
• replacing knowledge with a focus on emotions and “well-being,”
• limiting theoretical knowledge in favor of ideological content,
• abandoning education aimed at building mature личности and replacing it with shaping students’ attitudes and beliefs,
• reducing the literary canon and limiting history education,
• replacing Family Life Education with Health Education that does not promote family values,
• ignoring the voices of parents and young adults,
• disregarding citizens who demand mandatory religion or ethics classes,
• undermining the constitutional rights of parents.

We want to clearly show that the future of Polish education cannot be shaped over the heads of parents or against the best interests of students.

We invite everyone concerned about Polish education to join the demonstration “Good School – Strong Poland” on June 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM in Warsaw.

The art competition has now finished. It aimed at children aged 3–10.

Competition objectives:

• Sex role identification: visually representing oneself helps a child to assume the role of a mother (for girls) or father (for boys).
• Developing empathy: viewing the world from a parent's perspective.
• Emotional expression: revealing how a child perceives family relationships and parental authority.
• Self-awareness development: enabling children to imagine themselves in the distant future.
  Promoting family bonds and motherhood by reflecting on the role of a parent, and stimulating children's intellectual reflection and imagination.

The competition received many interesting, imaginative and creative entries.

After lengthy deliberation, the jury awarded the following prizes:

On May 29, 2026, our experts led an online meeting for Diocesan Family Life Advisors in the Archdiocese of Krakow, entitled "Selected Issues in the Physiology of the Female Reproductive Cycle and the Treatment of Gynecological Conditions from an Endocrinologist's Perspective." Witold Ziaja, MD, also answered pertinent and insightful questions from the audience.

We received the news regarding a case that was a searing wound in the Polish justice system and a huge blow to a righteous family with great joy and relief.

A brave and steadfast mother, who had refused to terminate her pregnancy and had then publicly warned other patients about the doctor who had suggested it, was sentenced to community service. She refused to apologise, stating that she had no intention of doing so, which could have resulted in a year in prison. Today, however, President Karol Nawrocki exercised his power of clemency and pardoned Ms Weronika.

We invite children aged 3-6 attending preschool or under the care of their parents/legal guardians, as well as children in grades 1-3 of primary school, i.e., up to 10 years of age, to participate in our art competition!

The theme of the "Me, When I Become a Mommy" or "Me, When I Become a Daddy" competition is to visually represent oneself as a mother (for girls) or as a father (for boys).

The competition entry should be created individually by the child. For preschool-aged children, minimal assistance from a guardian is permitted (e.g., in preparing materials or planning the project).

Project technique: flat (drawing, painting, printmaking, collage) without the use of loose materials that fall off easily from the surface or are susceptible to damage during transport. Entries should not be rolled, rolled, or bent.

Project format: A-3, A-4.

Each entry should be accompanied by the following information on the back: the child's name and age, the name of the preschool (if applicable), and the guardian's contact information (phone number or email). For this purpose, please attach the Entry Form and Appendix No. 1 (Parent/Guardian Consent Form), which should be affixed to the back of the entry.

Submitted entries will not be returned – submitting entries to the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entries must be submitted by April 30, 2026, to the competition coordinator for children attending preschool, by scan to the Pro-Life Thought Institute email address: kontakt@instytutmysliprolife.pl, or by post to: ul. Zbrojarzy 98/3, 30-412 Kraków (postmark date is decisive) for children under the care of their parents/legal guardians.

Judging criteria: relevance to the theme, aesthetic appeal, and creativity.

Today, we sent the President of the Republic of Poland a renewed OPEN LETTER – we urgently request an immediate pardon for Ms. Weronika Krawczyk. The mother of three was convicted for saving the life of her unborn son and then warned other women about doctor Piotr A., ​​who wanted to kill the boy through abortion.

She has now been summoned by the probation office to immediately begin community service. Attempts have also been made to force her to apologize to the abortionist. Weronika refused to apologize to the man who wanted to murder her son and declared that she would not issue such an apology.

The state is acting swiftly – as if it were about punishing the head of a dangerous mafia, not a mother who said "no" to abortion. This matter cannot be ignored, and we sincerely hope that the President of the Republic of Poland will exercise his power of clemency in this unprecedented case, siding with the civilization of life.
